Why peace between Israel and Palestine is becoming next to impossible: An underlying problem

------------
The human right to peaceful existence and self preservation is not just a universal right but more so it is a divine-decreed right that the almighty bestowed upon every single human being. If some group of hate-motivated people vows to destroy a race, then that race has the right to defend itself against that enemy and if necessary may even decide to use "appropriate" violence only. But it must be made sure not to involve destroying the lives of other innocent people.

But Jesus Christ, the rabbi, preach a different kind of mind-boggling heavenly standard or way of handling our enemies which seems impossible for the world to follow and obey -- even for the very people who call themselves Christians:

[Matthew 5:38-48] “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’ But I tell you, don't resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also. If anyone sues you to take away your coat, let him have your cloak also. Whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. Give to him who asks you, and don't turn away him who desires to borrow from you. You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect."

[Matthew 5:3-12] “Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted. Blessed are the gentle, For they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, For they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called children of God. Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake, For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

There are Christians (and also people of other religions for that matter) who are trying earnestly and sincerely, as according to Christ's teachings (and likewise according to the respective teachings of other people's respective religions), to help bring about peace between Israel and its neighbors. But their efforts are being criticized by groups of objecting Christians because in the worldview of these objecting groups, when it comes to Israel's situation, the world must only be seen in this way: "Our world is divided into two groups of people, those who support Israel and those who don't. There is no middle ground. You don't kind of support Israel, you either do or you don't. Supporting Israel is not a political issue, it is a Bible issue."

In other words, there is no room for mediation, peacemaking, and peacemakers. It's as if Christian hard efforts and attempts at finding [even at least a relative] peace are not meant ultimately to support Israel. What a myopic worldview. Don't we Christians think that the [unintentional] destruction of so many innocent lives of civilians in this war would not escalate more and more the hatred of many nations against Israel? Are we playing blind to the fact that even some people and some countries who are previously non-haters of Israel have now started to hate Israel's actions because of the death of so many innocent civilians? When is the human right of one nation more important than the others? When a people is at war with its sworn enemy, chances are its national conscience tends to endure and strive to hide inside itself the guilt brought about by the violation of the human rights of the innocent people who are [unintentionally] affected by the violence of the war, and that is why it would appear as if it cares less about innocent people getting injured or killed in the course of the fighting. This is the reason why Christian way of mediation is a must, and there must be real efforts at finding genuine peace -- not a myopic self-made worldview which is self-claimed and disguised as Bible inspired.

When what prevails in our mind is only our own [self] interpretation of the Bible's teachings and how the world should be perceived, we Christians [tend to] trample the teachings of our Christ.

Christians, AWAKE! Let us support Israel and all of humanity in the real way the  Christ has taught us.

People are shown the light, but why do they prefer the darkness?

Lord God, who is all good all the time, who is full of kindess and compassion, who is full of justice and mercy, full of wisdom and righteous in all your ways, look down on us, the peoples of the earth, for we are destroying our lives and are mercilessly killing our own kind -- race against race, nation against nation, religion against religion, system against system.

Deliver us from the prison of our own wickedness and iniquities. Let Your Holy Spirit show us the way out of this madness of bloodshed because we are so lost and helpless. Unless you help us, we all will perish in this great darkness we have created.

[John 3:19] And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, but people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

[John 12:46] The Lord said: "I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness."

[John 15:22] The Lord said: "If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin."

[John 9:41] The Lord said: "If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains."
